World Dragon Predictions

Today's date 7/7/04;
Let the New Year bring fresh hope and new resolutions to us all. 2005 holds a few challenges and everyone will be directly touched by the new Dragon axis in the signs of Aries / Libra.

Mankind's history has been one of many deadly conflicts. Personal or Universal progress is not without pain and suffering, and historically, our past points more to war than peace.

The year 2004 was just a forerunner for mankind's fate in this fast changing world. We enter 2004 under a new Dragon that will bring about challenging tasks to every one of us and the world at large. The traditionally malefic planets Saturn (governments) and Mars (war) are strong at the turn of the year. As I had and predicted (see 2004 Moon Power) the restructure of the FBI/CIA agencies and continuing deadly terrorist activities are well vindicated by those two planets and the new Dragon's position. Australia and England are under the jurisdiction of Saturn and those two countries will see serious developments in both April and 0ctober 2005 and April 2006. Germany and Japan (Aries/Mars countries - Note that these dictators, Hitler, Yamamotto, and Saddam Hussein were born in April under the jurisdiction of Mars 'The Lord of war' and also POW Jessica Lynch) and other parts of Europe will undergo serious and often violent changes where fire, explosions and confrontations will plague those countries' economies.

In 2005/06 Australia (under the hidden jurisdiction of the Queen of England) faces serious problems possibly from Asian terrorists trying to destabilize its neighboring countries and the financial international affairs of England. On the negative side a repetition of the 911 terrorist attacks will be attempted on the alliance countries. This will bring about an emphasis on an international police jurisdiction and added new technology. (This is due to the impact of last year's tail in Scorpio, a restructure of the FBI/CIA operating on a world scale). This global counter-terrorist activity will bring significant breakthroughs in the region. The fight and drive to avoid another co-coordinated homeland attack will bring increasing restriction by the government to the freedom of Americans and other allied countrymen following the United State's example. As in America, the Australian government may also use the homeland security threat as a way to alter the population's freedom or introduce new electronic detectable ID cards to counteract terrorism.

In 2005/06 the United States re-enters a new and difficult Dragon cycle that will affect the 4th house (internal affairs, infrastructure, real-estate development) and will bring unrest and predictably disasters. Expect strikes, natural calamities even assassinations of powerful mediators and law makers in 2005/06. The last two years the Tail of the Dragon in Scorpio forced the world into a "reality check" and my obvious prediction of the re-structure of the FBI/CIA, war, drama, death of US children, SARS, and the deadly weather pattern was fully predicted in my 2004 Moon power written well over a year earlier. The entire legal system will be totally restructured where new laws will be imposed upon us putting somber limitations upon our freedom in so many ways. The interior affairs of the US will bring rage to many groups leading to unrest and a suffocation of the judicial system. Violence will become the only way to contest the upcoming unacceptable laws and jurisdictions. The police force will also be under attack and public buildings could be vandalized with a series of deadly explosions. October and April will be significant months in 2005/06. The Dragon's Tail will also affect America's public image and vulnerability inducing a tremendous need for new ARMY/NAVY recruits and possibly a reinstatement of the draft. More children will pay the ultimate price of war bringing tension and rebellion from some religious groups in the US.

On the 2005/06 Supernova windows (see www.drturi.com) the newly re-structured army and navy will be in demand in order to deal with unrest, calamity and natural disasters of all sorts. Time frames for an escalation of military operations appear also to be during the 2005/06 Super Nova periods of April-May and October-November 2005/06 during the new and full moon time (see Moon Power or visit ww.drturi.com). All this will come at a cost to the US economy and will bring serious unrest to many cities in the US.

The Dragons Tail on President George Bush's fate will plague his home and family and he will lose his father from a heart attack. Expect negative news from ex-President Clinton, Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair about their health (even assassination). Events such as these would be likely to occur in April 3-6, May 1-3, October 3-5 & 30, November 1-3 and Aug 17-21 of 2005/2006. (Allow a 48 hour window of opportunity from each date). April-May and October-November and/or August 2005/06. The following three famous people face a very harmful Dragon the next two years. Michael Jackson Dragon's Tail will negatively affect his mind and his wealth; he could suffer serious depression and even suicide if incarcerated. His long term friend Elizabeth Taylor will involve herself with legality, money and influence tarnishing her public image in the process. Who is the third?

France and Italy will also suffer the Dragon Tail's impact especially on the home area (disasters, earthquakes) and international legal affairs. During the last two years the Tail of the Dragon in Scorpio took over 50,000 elderly French citizens due to a heat wave. All was fully predicted in Moon power 2003. The escalating differences between the French natives and the growing Muslim population will bring animosity in many colleges and Universities where an order of separation between the church and state was reinforced in 2004.

The natal charts of India - Pakistan and Israel - Palestine involve powerful Saturn/Pluto conjunctions. Often when Pluto (drama, death, terrorism) and Saturn (authority, oppression, limitation) are reinforced, deadly tyranny is the result and martial law is imposed against the rebellious population. In the continuing battle for control and power, the people of these unstable countries can only kill each other. Thus the leadership is under an enormous and constant threat, where control of the uneducated religiously oriented masses is frequently difficult if not impossible to preserve. A dangerous combination such as Pluto, Uranus, Saturn and Mars can promote natural disasters and chemical or biological disasters. As for Iraq the fight can only become more deadly with insurgents continuous aggression against Saudi Arabia and the dangerously exposed Royal Family members. Order will be really hard to achieve in the entire region as more Muslim countries will secretly join the "Holy war" against the US as I had predicted on Art bell radio show in 1991.

The United State of America's chart (July 4, 1776) was born with a dangerous Dragon's Tail in Aquarius (nuclear exchange). The International Atomic Security Agency must stay alert and uncompromising with certain countries trying to develop nuclear technology that could fall in the hands of fanatic terrorist groups such as Al Qaeda. If Pakistan leadership is removed through assassination by terrorists and if Iran or other countries such as North Korea are allowed to build such weaponry, the threat of nuclear exchanges through missile technology could bring about a nuclear disaster to the US.

Dragon's Head in Aries

Expect a full restructure of the Army and Navy and legal systems

New technology and weaponry will be introduced to the Army and Navy making the United States a much more powerful country. Many branches of the department of defense will impose a general expansion where financial support voted by the governement will be used to coach new recrutes. The draft may be reinstalled. German WWII scientists weaponry legacy may expand, and Japan and France will introduce a considerable arsenal of incredible new military hardware. More forces will be needed and sent to fight an escalation of terrorist attacks in the Middle East. Some regions will become sources of serious problems for the US as more insurgents pouring from neighboring Arab countries join the "religious war". Note that I predicted in 1991 on the Art Bell show to be ready for a religious war between the US and the Middle East.

Expect a full restructure of the National Fire Fighters Agency

Many human losses due to criminal terrorist fires and natural disasters. Aries rules fires and new fire fighting technology will be introduced to battle manmade and natural disasters. A new crowd of firefighters will be in requested by homeland security where resources will be used for training purposes. Expect terrorist acts where explosions and fires will cause significant damage. Expect the problems with global warming to intensify due to burning oil refineries from terrorist acts. Targeting nuclear facilities in the US and England will become a grave threat for the world at large.

Expect a full restructure of the auto manufacture and fire arms industry

Car production will see important changes due to a new emission /gas discovery to save the environment. Guns sales will increase and the weapons be wrongly used in 2005.

Expect a full restructure of many contruction companies

Some construction companies will suffer losses of employees by decapitation due to a series of abductions from terrorists. April and October 2005 will see negative developments in this area and a specially trained branch of the Army/Navy will be needed to free some captives.

Expect more trouble: Predictions: 2005 and 2006 will be terrible years for fire, heat waves, explosions, death, suicide attacks, terrorist acts, and natural disasters (volcanoes eruption/earthquakes especially fire damage). In my 2003/04 Moon Power publication I wrote that I anticipated a full restructure of the police, FBI and CIA and to expect drama, death, disease, war, etc. and it ALL unfolded as predicted. I also predicted the full impact and exact date of the WTC terrible dilemma a year earlier and also so many other predictions. This is where I wonder where all those other famous astrologers and psychics were then. I can't mention anyone, I leave that option to you and your common sense!

Dragon's Tail in Libra
This sign is ruled by Venus (the Godess of Love in ancient Greek mythology). Souls born with a strong venus in their UCI will be led by this planet to bring peace, balance and harmony to the world. Many peace-oriented groups will march the streets of US cities demanding an end to the war. On the medical aspect of my work (astropsychology) the sign of Libra rules the kidneys. Many activists will become victims of the judicial system because of the war in Iraq.

Expect a full restructure in the psychological / psychiatric fields.

Malpractice will lead to legal disputes due to the abuse of dangerous prescription drugs. This will force new measures to be passed to avoid more stress on the overloaded judicial system.


Expect a new mind disease to plague the world.
The ingestion of some dangerous chemicals or polluted animal food or a contaminated water supply will bring an outbreak of mental problems and a long series of suicides in the Army/Navy and Air force. The general public will also be affected negatively.

Expect a record year of divorce and marriages.

Many famous people will fall for the negative pull of the Dragon's Tail in Libra (matrimony, liability) and rush to weak commitments that will end in serious legal battles for some.

Expect the death of government figures by assassination or jurisdiction.

Many country's leaders will pay the ultimate prices through explosions and fires. Saddam Hussein will be indicted and hanged to death by the Iraqui people (June-October-December 2005/06).



Expect a full restructure of the Legal System.
Bankruptcy will see demanding changes. More limitations will be imposed by insurance companies and financial institutions.


Expect a full restructure of the FDA and pharmaceutical companies.

More drugs will be found harmful for consumption and will bankrupt some leading pharmaceutical companies following heavy legal and costly disputes.


Expect a full restructure of many construction companies.

There will be much growth in all construction undertakings. Huge contracts will be approved by various governments as the restructure begins to take place following many destructive ongoing wars.

Pluto in Sagittarius
Pluto moved from Scorpio to Sagittarius on November 11th, 1995 and will stay in this sign until January 26, 2008. Constrained to face the horrible consequences of his own destructive power, and pay the heavy consequences of mass destruction, man turns to religion for comfort. In Sagittarius (religion) Pluto (regeneration) will promote a disturbing wave of religious fanaticism that will plague the world. In the US, the impact of Pluto in Sagittarius has already spoken with some religious fanatics, committing serious crimes and many will have to pay the ultimate price for their destructive behavior. Some Middle Eastern residents have also shocked the world, and will keep spawning suicidal bomb attacks, on major European and US cities. The "contract" they sign with their manipulators, before blowing themselves up surrounded by the highest possible number of innocent victims, promises "the martyrs" twenty or more virgins after an immediate entrance to paradise! After the painful passage of Pluto (expiration) in Sagittarius (codification of thoughts), the world will be ready for wiser, new age and religious leaders. Those well-adjusted souls will teach all the higher expressions of all the religions of the past. They will introduce a new image of a God free of fear, full of love and attention. Those futuristic religious leaders will combine their teachings with a more comprehensive scientific understanding of the manifestation of the Creator throughout the Universe.

Prediction:
2005 and 2006 will be the worst years for fires due to terrorist acts. Expect dams and bridges destructions and natural disasters, especially more volcanoes eruptions, earthquakes and fire damages since 1945. (See 2005/06 Supernova windows for dates of events). It will be a couple of difficult years for the judicial system due to police brutality using force to bring order. 2005 and 2006 will be the worst years for death produced by fire and terrorists acts against government buildings.

Objective measurement:
UN assessments of the numbers of deaths attributed to each category.

Prediction:
Expect a full restructure of many construction companies

A significant growth will occur in all construction undertakings where large contracts will be approved by various governments as the restructure begins following destructive ongoing wars.
Expect a full restructure in the psychological / psychiatric fields. New techniques will be used. Exposure of some present methods that have been harmful to patients. Certain drugs used to control psychological conditions will be abandoned.

Expect a full restructure of the national fire fighters agency.
This will be a bad year for human loss due to criminal terrorist fires and natural disasters.

Expect a full restructure of the legal system and the Army and Navy. The draft may be reinstated.

Objective measurement:
35% of the people working in the construction companies and oil industries in the Middle East and Asia will be forced to re-evaluate or break up contracts leading to serious legal disputes and billions dollars losses. This will be reflected in large-census data following terrorists act in the decapitation of many innocent workers. The atomic and oil energy industries will see serious setbacks.

Why:
Operation of Pluto (rebirthing process in Sagittarius).

Prediction:
More progressive deals with other oil producing countries. The Middle East oil productivity is hindered. Foreign interests in production stations will be forced to close, or oil productivity will be limited due to terrorist acts inducing fire.
Serious limitation and restructure in the construction and transportation industries.

Objective measurement:
25% more foreign investments in oil companies in the Middle East will suffer lack of productivity, bankruptcies, or will be shut down by the events in 2005/06. Prediction:
Spread of war in the Middle East and serious unrest in Germany, Japan, Pakistan and India. England and Australia will suffer a series of terrorist attacks, and interests on foreign grounds will be targeted.

Objective measurement:
More countries in Europe will be in a state of war i.e., either having declared war or have had war declared upon, in spring of 2005 or 2006. The death count will include soldiers fighting on behalf of the UN. Israel is a prime target and prepares for war demanding help and support from the UN.

Prediction:
More restrictions imposed upon Iran and North Korea leading to a general sense of insecurity.

Objective measurement:
The entire infrastructure of Iraq is rebuilt but because of the insurgency many people die and suffer tremendously while the new government will endure losses of political figures. Neighboring Arab countries are a concern for world peace.

Prediction:
More trouble coming from N. Korea, Russia, Pakistan and India. Unrest in parts of Indonesia due to serious destructive weather patterns which will also plague Malaysia during the 2005 Supernova windows. Japan will suffer another serious quake and volcano eruptions, seriously affecting the transportation infrastructure. Japanese police make disturbing news. Scandals involving the legal system, the Army and Navy, insurance companies, financial organizations, and churches are ahead.

Serious volcanic eruptions and large earthquakes return to kill thousands in 2005/06.

The number of people dying of sexually transmitted diseases in Africa and Asia rises dramatically during 2005/06.

At least one major (more than $US 100 million sales per year) US or Japanese car manufacturer will file for bankruptcy in 2005/06.

President Clinton victim of respiratory complication - Ex-President Bush and Schwartazanaegar victims of heart trouble, Madonna and Michael Jackson will make sad news in April and/or Oct 2005/06.

Objective measurement:
The jury will return a guilty verdict against a famous one while death take the soul away.

A cure or breaking discovery for AIDS.

A cure for AIDS by the end of 2004. Merging of major construction and car companies in April and October 2005/06 to avoid bankruptcy.

A medical journal will publish a paper showing that a particular drug has a better than 50% success rate at curing cancer and/or AIDS. Progress made in uncovering the workings of the disease.

Prediction:
Violent incidents related to transportation and strikes in France/Italy and Germany.

Serious clashes with the police force will drive the department of justice to lose millions in legal actions in the US.

Objective measurement:
There will be a 20% increase in the number of people killed by nature's deadly forces and the police as a result of political unrest and strikes and deliberately-lit fires. Prediction:
Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia may join in a war against foreign powers.

Objective measurement:
Annual casualties attributed to civil war will be 25% higher in 2003/04 than in 2002.

Syria and neighboring Arab countries may join in a war against the US and others foreign powers.

Annual casualties attributed to uprisings in the US and (civil war, foreign lands) will be 25% higher in 2005/06 than in 2004.

The Moroccan and Algerian terrorist activity will increase.
Malaysia. Asia and Kuwait will suffer on the domestic political affairs where assassination of political figures runs very high.

Objective measurement:
25% more abortion clinics and churches in parts of the world including the US will be burnt in 2005/06 than were in 2004.

Operation of Mars

Prediction:
Train collisions and terrorism is expected in the US. Serious explosions killing hundreds in a US football stadium (public place) in October and either April or November 2005/06.
The worst year since 1976 for the police force where serious confrontation with the public will take place in April and/or October 2005/06. Fires, explosions and drama all over.

Objective measurement:
Both civilian and police officers will be in dispute to maintain order in Los Angeles and New York where people will get killed and injured following a court order. This count does not include local residents whose houses or workplaces will burn in the chaos.

Prediction:
Start of an internal US religious war

Objective measurement:
People will be killed, and mosques and synagogues and buildings acknowledged and sanctified by the Baptist, Episcopalian, Uniting or Presbyterian Unions will be burnt down. Responsibility claimed by terrorist or religious group. (See supernova windows or 2005/06 Moon Power for dates of events).

Why:
The operation of Mars will affect the relationships between the Christian coalition versus the liberal party, and later on, confrontations with Muslims and Christian religions right here in the US and other parts of the world.

Prediction:
Major news involving nuclear material / sites and accidents in North Korea, Russia and Pakistan.

Objective measurement:
The weather will turn devastatingly hot and windy, producing an abnormal amount of tornadoes, volcanoes, and fire accidents during 2005/06.

Prediction:

The total estimated damage (as claimed to insurance companies) due to fires and explosions in both oil refineries and nuclear reactors will be 35% higher in 2005/06 than 2004.

Prediction:
Corruption scandals among high-ranking car makers, the police, and military leadership involving secret financial corporations in 2005/06. (See supernova windows for dates of events).

Objective measurement:
There will be a congressional investigation into the activities of prominent military officers and high-ranking police officers. It will uncover the unauthorized use of force against prisoners and /or funding for personal use as well as sex and money scandals. Operation of Neptune

Prediction:
Merger of top Japan, France and US automobile manufacturers April, October and May 2005/06.

Objective measurement:
US, Japanese and French automobile manufacturers (each with sales up on their previous years, with combined sales $US50 Million) will merge completely. (Shedding their names), the reasoning given will be that it will help fight off the US/Japanese latent stock market in 2005/06.

Why:

Prediction:

Objective measurement:
Two US electronics manufacturers each with sales above $US 50 Million will merge completely. The reasoning given will be that it will help restart the financial affairs of the countries involved. (See 2005/06 supernova windows for dates of events).

Oil company fires/explosions but will totally rebuild while workers will strikes (See supernova windows or 2005/06 Moon Power for dates of events).

Objective measurement:
Large construction corporations will get a surge of business due to the need of rebuilding some countries.

Prediction:
